The Power of Pause is our 21 day fast for 2021.

WAYS TO FAST

  • Liquids only

  • 21-day Daniel Fast

  • Fast 1-3 meals a day

  • Fast sugar, coffee, T.V., social media, or shopping/spending, etc.

KEYS TO FASTING & PRAYER

Gratitude - Psalms 100:4

Enter His gates with thanksgiving and His courts with praise! Give thanks to Him, bless His name!

Recollection - Psalms 143:5

I remember the days of old; I meditate on all that you have done; I ponder the work of your hands

Request - Phillipians 4:6

Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.

Expectation - Mark 11:23-24

Truly I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ' Be taken up and thrown into the sea'; and does not doubt his heart but will believe that what he says will come to pass, it will be done for him. Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.

A NOTE FROM OUR PASTOR

I am so grateful for everything God has brought us through in 2020! He is so good! We have faced extreme obstacles this past year and I am looking forward to beginning another journey together.

God recently laid the word "PAUSE" in my heart. To pause means "to interrupt action briefly." I believe God has pushed the PAUSE button! I think we have done extremely well as a church with programs, training, outreach, and exciting services. I am so proud of our church, especially during a pandemic.

​

I feel the Lord has interrupted our agenda so that He can prepare us for the final harvest! Yes! The final harvest! God has hit PAUSE so that we can focus more on our relationship with Him above anything else. We want to see miracles when we pray! We want to move mountains when we speak!

​

Jesus said that some miracles only happen when we FAST and PRAY. So let's do it! Let's witness another miracle as we did two years ago during our fast. I invite you to join with me as we take a 21 day fast together. As we begin a brand new year, we will be amazed at what God can do!
